Player shall not participate in the Games, open, use or reuse an account, enter the website, or the Casino, nor accept any Prize if Player does not fully understand, agree to, become a party to, and shall abide by, without exception, all rules, regulations, terms and conditions contained herein and as such rules, regulations, terms and conditions may change from time-to-time.
Members are solely responsible for their account transactions and should keep their account information strictly confidential.
Members are allowed only one active account. Winnings will only be paid to players having ONE account. If you have more than one account, all winnings will be VOID.
Should a member give away, share or lose his account number and/or password Lucky Slots Casino will not be held liable for any claims that may result from, or regarding that account.

Personal identity and details of all members will remain confidential. Lucky Slots Casino will not report wagering information on behalf of any member.
Lucky Slots Casino reserves the right to withhold play and/or payment from any party that Lucky Slots Casino deems as fraudulent or having suspicious activity, this includes an account being flagged on our negative database. In these cases, the player account will be closed, any deposit will be refunded and any remaining balance in the player account voided.
Multiple deposits made before starting to play may be considered suspicious activity.
Lucky Slots Casino may assess service charges to any account for services rendered to any fraudulent account.
Lucky Slots Casino requires that any deposit made without receiving a bonus be turned over at least once prior to withdrawal.

If the name on your Casino account does not match the name on the credit card(s) used to deposit money into the account.
If the signature on your Fax Back Form does not match your credit card and/or players valid drivers license, valid passport or valid ID.
If you provide false, incorrect and or misleading information used to open your Casino account.
If you are not of legal age in the jurisdiction where you reside.
If you reside in a jurisdiction, where law prohibits the use and participation of such games.
If you have allowed or permitted (purposely or not) another party to play on your Casino account.
If you have reversed or charged back any of your purchases on your Casino account.

Any form of collusion/syndicate play is also prohibited.
The name on the casino account does not match the name of the beneficial owner of the financial instrument used to make the deposit.
If Lucky Slots Casino should become aware that you have played at any other online casino under any of the circumstances set out above.

If you are dissatisfied with the service you have received, we will consider your case and refund your purchase so long as your reason is valid. To apply for a refund e-mail us on support@luckyslotscasino.com.

Player accounts with a balance of $50 or more that remain inactive for more than 30 days will be reviewed. At the discretion of the casino, the decision may be made to refund the last deposit and void any additional balance remaining in the account.
